VAT of 21 % will be added for European Union customers (delivery and billing addresses are in an EU country). Customers outside the European Union (shipping and billing addresses are not in EU countries) are exempt from these fees and will not be charged VAT.
SHIPPING
Fully insured, regular shipping by mail, within the EU, is free for all orders. For orders worth more than 3000 euros (excluding VAT), the order will be delivered by free priority shipping within 1 at 5 working days by insured door-to-door express courier, after making the jewelry. For all orders less than 3000 euros (excluding VAT), your order will be delivered within 3 at 20 working days at a rate of 75 euros.
Shipping on purchases under 3000 euros to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom can be upgraded to priority shipping for a shipping fee. 75,00 euros (excluding VAT). . Shipping of purchases worth less than 2 000 euros to Bulgaria, Croatia, the Republic of Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, the Luxembourg, Painted, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia will have a flat rate of 75,00 euros (hors T.V.A).

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Jewelry (includes all gold jewelry and settings displayed on this site).
Belgium-Diamonds.net offers customers a cancellation and return policy of 14 days. If you wish to cancel or return your jewelry purchase, send us an email with the order ID number and description and we will guide you through the cancellation and return process. All Belgium-diamonds.net jewelry are made-to-order products and clearly personalized items which cannot be fully refunded as required by current European legislation.
In return, Jemdiamonds will subtract from the refund amount 20 % of the purchase amount (minimum 180,00 euros) for the manufacture, la transformation, manipulation and fluctuations in the commodity market.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
www.jemdiamonds.com offers customers a cancellation and return policy of 14 days. On demand, Jemdiamonds will provide customers with the expected refund percentage for each diamond prior to purchase.
Some diamonds may take up to 90 days (If you would like to know if the item you purchased is covered by the refund policy of 90 days, please email us with the diamond or product ID before purchase to confirm item refund. duration).
Special orders and custom designed jewelry
A jewelry store 35 % will be charged when you place a special diamond order or request a custom designed product. This deposit will not be refunded if an order is canceled or returned.

PURCHASE APPROVAL
All purchases are subject to final approval by jemdiamonds.com and Jemdiamonds.
If one of the purchased items is not available, a replacement item will be offered to you. If you do not accept the replacement item, you will receive a refund at 100 %. If the displayed price and/or product characteristics are incorrect due to technical or administrative problems, we have the discretion to refuse the transaction, in which case you will receive a refund at 100 %.
WARRANTY AFTER DELIVERY
After receiving your jewelry, we offer warranty and after-sales guarantee. If you think your item has a manufacturing defect, you can return it to us for inspection within 14 days following receipt of the item. If we determine that your jewelry is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the goods or, if we deem it appropriate, will replace the item.
We offer our customers a free one-time resizing and annual cleaning with a full inspection service. The customer only pays shipping and return costs.
We do not replace and take no responsibility for diamonds/diamonds and other precious stones that are lost or fall out of your jewelry. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your jewelry immediately after receipt of your package.. With your package, you will receive an invoice and an estimate which can be used by your insurance.
